Briefly In English

Welcome to the homepage of Talousmarkka Ltd. Finland.

A short presentation of Talous-Markka Ltd.

The company was established in 1984. The company has three discount stores, a wholesale store and a warehouse. We operate in Pori, Rauma and Turku, Finland.

In the beginning there were only a few employees and nowadays about 60 employees in the company. About 20 are working in the warehouse (=wholesale) and the office and the rest are working in the shops.

Main products are tools, houseware items, daily use products and leasure items.

The products are imported from Europe (Germany, Italy, UK, Netherlands) and Asia and especially from China, Taiwan and H.K. A lot of the products are also bought from Finland.

Our wholesale customers are other discount stores, wholesalers and individual companies.

The annual sales in the year 2006 were about 13 million EUR.
